Hollie Jennings, Ed.D.

Dr. Hollie Jennings is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist for the City of Lynchburg, where she researches and implements policies and practices that strengthen the climate and culture of the organization. Prior to working in local government, she spent 15 years working in the public K-12 educational setting before going on to work for the State Department of Education. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and the University of Lynchburg where she earned a Doctorate in Leadership.
