Jordan Hardy

Jordan Hardy serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist for Henrico County in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, a division of Human Resources. He focuses on Diversity and Inclusion efforts, training centered around communication, and bridging generational differences in workplace culture.  He also coordinates media efforts, including their YouTube channel with over 78,000 views and Henrico County’s internal content learning HUB, a site of curated content for all employees to learn on demand. Jordan loves exploring new ways of reaching learners and empowering them to be their best selves.
