Shanone Sport

Shanone Sport is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for Henrico County in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the Department of Human Resources. In this role, she provides strategic guidance, leadership, and resources to support the county in continuing to build a culture of inclusion and belonging in the organization. Shanone joined Henrico County in 2013 and has served in various human resources roles, providing leadership, coaching and support to help employees thrive and grow.
