Jordan Hardy

Jordan Hardy is a Community Impact Specialist with Henrico County’s Access and Opportunity division, where he works at the intersection of equity, engagement, and empowerment. In this role, Jordan strives bridge the gap between underrepresented communities and essential resources needed to grow and thrive.

With a strong foundation in training, facilitation, and program design, Jordan supports Henrico’s internal workforce through the development of accessible learning spaces, resource creation, and leadership programming that centers cultural competence and inclusive practices. His work fosters a more responsive and empathetic organization that reflects the communities it serves.

Outside of traditional engagement strategies, Jordan is a storyteller who uses photography, video production, and digital media to amplify the voices and lived experiences of residents. Through content creation and authentic narrative sharing, he humanizes community challenges and celebrates resilience, sparking deeper connection and systemic awareness.

Whether he’s supporting Henrico’s Outreach & Engagement Agency at community events, developing workforce initiatives, or collaborating with local partners, Jordan leads with heart, vision, and a deep commitment to inclusion. His ability to listen deeply and create spaces where people feel seen and valued makes him a trusted facilitator, connector, and change agent.
