Robin Wilson

Robin Wilson is Policy and Impact Director for One Fairfax in the Fairfax County Office of the County Executive. In this role, she works with the Chief Equity Officer to implement the One Fairfax strategic framework to advance racial and social equity in Fairfax County. Robin is responsible for developing and managing programs that support the development of the organization’s infrastructure and capacity for considering equity in planning and decision making. She has been with Fairfax County for over 10 years, starting at the Health Department, where she worked on strategic planning, community health improvement planning, and departmental accreditation. Prior to that, she completed a program management fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She also served in the Peace Corps in Turkmenistan and taught English in Japan. Ms. Wilson has a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Public Administration degree from George Mason University.
